Functional Strength Training

This full-body strength class is designed to challenge your body using unconventional training tools and biomechanical principles to optimize functional strength. Through a combination of kettlebells, sandbags, flow ropes, body weight, and resistance bands, you'll work on improving power, endurance, and mobility. Each movement will be executed with attention to posture and alignment, drawing from biomechanics to ensure safe and effective form while engaging multiple muscle groups at once. The class focuses on building functional strength that translates directly into everyday movement, while also promoting stability, balance, and coordination. Get ready to push your limits and unlock your true strength potential with this dynamic, full-body workout.

This class runs every Wednesday, cost is $25 to drop in or $200 for the month.
