Maximum of 4 members per class at two levels, Foundations is Wednesdays at 10 am and open to all levels, Flow is Wednesdays at 6 am for clients that have mastered the basics in Foundations. Don’t see a time that works for you? Let us know, new classes are added based on demand.

One of the things that always gives me pause when considering whether I will do something, in this case-regular exercise, is commute time. Because you are able to do training via Zoom, it is a non issue. My top goals, in training, are to maintain strength and to build core strength.
